They even upgraded our car seat at no additional charge and addressed all our inquiries - top-notch customer support.

Just got the most stunning Cybex Pram that comes with a Car Seat and Isofix. The team is incredible, and they go above and beyond to help. I reached out about our isofix close to the baby's due date, and once again, the service was top-notch. I can't recommend them enough for all your baby gear needs; they have everything you could possibly want. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a fantastic time checking out the shop when I was 18 weeks along, which is when we decided on our gorgeous pram set. While we were looking at the prams, the staff gave us their full attention and demonstrated how to use the pram multiple times. We also picked up some Cybex add-ons and an isofix during that visit. Fast forward 16 weeks, and we came back for the pram set, and once again, the customer service was top-notch. I can't recommend Adorable Tots highly enough. We'll definitely return to grab the next things for our little one, like the next car seat for their age. The team really goes the extra mile for their customers!

This place is great! A really savvy couple runs the shop, and they know their stuff. It's one of the biggest stores in the area, packed with prams, cribs, cots, baby baths, and all the furniture you might need. The customer service is top-notch. A few months back, they sold us a pram, car seat, and crib, and they even kept our order in stock until we could swing by today (just a month before our little one arrives). They gave us a handy tutorial on how to securely install the ISOFIX car seat base and went over how to fold and set up our pram again.

Fantastic customer care! After dealing with some hiccups from another furniture supplier, adorable tots really stepped up. They couldn’t have been more helpful. We got our pram, car seat, and furniture sorted out. Not only do they walk you through everything when you're making a choice, but on collection day, they ensured we had a quick recap before our little one arrived. I can't find anything to complain about. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help, always ready to answer our questions even before we thought to ask. I wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else in the future. Their cheerful attitude made us feel super comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about this crew; they really know their stuff and are super helpful. Vicky and Conrad were so professional, straightforward, and supportive when we chose the travel system for my grandson. We picked up our 'travel system' from this place. They were awesome at guiding us through the choices and detailing all the features. They took care of the order for us and even gave a quick rundown on how to use everything when we came to pick it up. On top of that, they installed the car seat for us, even though the showroom was packed. So much variety and truly top-notch service.

We decided to check this place out after seeing some reviews - man, I wish we hadn't! We purchased a stroller for about £800 and it’s been nothing but headaches from day one. The wheels were acting up, so we had to send it back and ended up without a stroller for way too long. When we finally got it back, the issues were still there. The straps were so loose that my kid almost tumbled out! Took it back to the shop, and they didn’t think it was a problem until I showed them. They promised to send it back to the manufacturer. In the meantime, they gave us a replacement stroller that was supposedly brand new - but it was filthy and smelled like mildew! We got our original stroller back, and guess what? The problem was still there. They flat out refused to give us any kind of refund, not even half. The staff were super rude, seemed clueless about stroller safety, and honestly, they don’t even sell brand new items!

We just picked up our twin travel system today, and honestly, I can't say enough good things about Conrad and Vicky! They were super helpful in guiding us through the pram selection. They answered all our newbie parent questions without any hint of being condescending and even provided more info than we expected, which really helped us find the right system for our needs. This was after checking out several other baby shops where we felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us with their prices and specs. The payment plan was really reasonable, and we felt at ease whether we were paying in person or over the phone. Today, Conrad walked us through how to use all the features of the travel system we bought and showed us how to fit everything into our car, so we could practice before leaving, feeling confident about this part of our upcoming parenthood. We can't recommend them enough and will surely be back when the twins outgrow the car seats we just got!

As new parents, we did some searching to figure out the best pram and car seat. Stumbling upon Adorable Tots online was a stroke of luck, and I’m really happy we decided to check it out. Vicky was amazing at breaking down the perks of each brand and helping us find what fit our lifestyle best. We put down our deposit and were told to swing by in the month leading up to our baby’s arrival, so we wouldn’t have to store the pram or car seat at home. When we picked it up, Vicky gave us a thorough refresher on how to set up and fold the pram. She also made sure the car seat was securely fitted with its base and walked us through how to use it safely. While searching for a travel system for our first baby, we decided to check out Adorable Tots for some advice and just to look around. After chatting with Conrad, we left feeling really informed (and super excited)! He dedicated a lot of time to us, showcasing various travel systems and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each, all while keeping our budget in mind.

Conrad was truly fantastic; he addressed all our queries without making us feel rushed to buy a pushchair on the spot. We took our time, did some homework, and eventually returned to buy our Cybex travel system.
